- Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
- Mix the grated mozzarella, egg, and all seasonings except for Everything But the Bagel. Save that for the top just before you put it in the oven.

- Place in oven on middle rack for 15-18 minutes, depending on your oven. Should be a light golden brown color. If it gets dark, almost amber, don't worry! It's still enjoyable! It will just have a more firm chew.
- Pull from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before cutting into desired size pieces. (I do 6 even squares)
- Store in a sealed zip lock in the refrigerator to prevent from drying out.
