  7. Pour into blender and blend on high for 15 seconds. Will likely require two batches to blend. Pour from blender into large mixing bowl.
  8. Sprinkle parmasean and basil to taste. Serve with grilled cheese or toasted, thick slices of seedy oaty bread.
