- 1 tomato purée
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Instructions to make to make Paneer curry
- First cut the paneer in small cubes, add a little salt and keep it aside
- Now take a kadai, put some mustard oil in it. When heated, add cumin, and chillies, bay leaf to it. Then add ginger garlic paste.
- Then add one onion which is finely chopped. Sauté until it turns pink.
- Put diced 1 onion and 1 tomato in a blender (both together) and make purée
- Now add this purée in the kadai.
- Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and 1/2 tbsp garam masala.
- Now cook everything for 4-5 mins
- Now add 1/2 cup water and keep stirring to adjust the consistency.
- Now add paneer to it.
- Cover and simmer for 5 mins.
- Finally add coriander leaves. Then serve.
