  4. Now put 1 tbsp mustard, and few curry leaves in the heated oil
  5. Now add onions, chillies and sauté well
  6. Now add turmeric to it
  7. Add soaked poha and mix everything well.
  8. Cover and simmer for 5-7 mins
  9. Now add coriander, lemon juice and mix
  10. Serve the poha with mixture or sev.
